How do we generate patient bookings for home visit

Home health care services are similar to door delivery services like Uber, Ola,Big Basket , Flipkartetc .
There is Click2clinic Healthcare provider app and Patient App . Patient books for a specific Healthcare professional on his app and based on Geo position of patient , the nearest geographically located doctors are identified on GPS . A push notification comes to Healthcare provider app and he accepts home visit booking . Once confirmation of Home visit comes as notification on patient app , he pays the fee on PAYTM gateway on the app .
Then the patient address , phone number and doctors phone number are mutually shared .
The consultation fee of Healthcare professional is deposited into the account  within 5 Working days .
